About Us

Alabama Physician Network (APN), LLC is a physician-led Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) formed as a subsidiary company of UAB Health System. APN was formed in 2017 in order to participate as an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) within the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). APN Participants include the facilities and affiliated providers of UAB Health System, UAB Medical West Hospital, and Vincentian Physician Services, LLC. APN is committed to transforming the quality, access and patient experience across the communities they serve.
